This issue, I’m incredibly excited to introduce a craft you may never have heard of – Crotat. I’m a big fan of tatting but have never got round to teaching myself, despite buying many tatting shuttles, books and threads. Therefore, I was mightily pleased to read Helen Free’s simple-to-follow advice about tatting with a crochet hook. You can try out this technique with her accompanying coasters.
