As the holidays draw nigh and the temperatures drop, crocheters eye their yarn stashes, or find excuses to stop by their favourite yarn stores, thinking of gifts they can make for loved ones or themselves. All of us at Inside Crochet are glad to share some designs that will keep your hooks and hearts energized this season.
The crocheter who loves to learn new techniques, analyze crochet fabric structure and put familiar stitches to new uses will be drawn to the unique construction of the Grey Cabled Jumper, the colour-work of the E-Tablet Covers and Face Cloths, and working Tunisian stitch in the round for the Skirt. The product crocheter, who likes to accomplish projects within a shorter time frame, or make many versions of the same pattern, or who has a long gift list, will appreciate the Ornaments, the Finger Puppets, the Scrubbies, the model Camper Van and the attach-as-you-go Daisy Scarf.
For those of you with a festive work party to attend, the Morgana shrug, featuring Pineapple Lace, and the Sparkly Shrug, may be just the things to make for yourself. Other gifts from us to our readers include an interview with designer Deryn Relph and tutorials on Tunisian crochet, as well as information on how to swatch and block.

Pingback: Issue 25 (out November 30th) | Inside Crochet
when will issue 24 hit American stores??
As it’s exported by sea it takes around 6 weeks to hit the US newstands. You should be able to find it there in a couple of weeks time.
If you can’t wait – you can order individual copies direct from us!
Great selection of patterns in this issue.
I was so excited to learn my daughter’s picture is on the front cover of this issue, but the model listed on the inside cover is not the correct name. I did buy some family members copies of the magazine for Christmas, but I was disappointed it didn’t say her name. Is there anyway to get a corrected copy for her to keep and see when she is older? Her name is Elise Thorsen
From what I’ve heard, there is a pattern correction for the hat shown on the cover. How can I get the correction so I can make this hat?
